Hand-harvested. Grapes sorted twice at the vineyard and at the cellar. Traditional fermentation with natural yeasts for 4 weeks in concrete tanks. No SO2 during fermentation and aging. Daily cap-punching and pumping over.
TASTING NOTE
This sensational Vacqueyras is one of the best wines of this still under-theradar appellation for high-quality red wines. Notes of licorice, graphite, black fruits, subtle smoke, scorched earth and forest floor.
