Ageing in vats
Deep colour with a golden hue and green and pearly reflections. The nose is touched by an empyreumatic scent on the approach and awakens the heady power of a delicious expression where the candied and honeyed richness of the fruit responds to the intense brilliance of the floral and spicy notes: gunflint, iris, dried apricot and candied orange, cardamom and fenugreek.
Domaine Adrien Berlioz (formerly Cellier des Cray) started in 2006 with 1.5 hectares of vines owned by Adrien's father, Joseph. After land purchases and a few years of work, the garden is 8 hectares in 2020.
