Grapes are harvested manually. They are 100% destemmed. Fermentation lasts for 15 days, followed by 6-8 months in concrete. Wine is not filtered or fined before bottling. SOIL Limestone, clay and silt.
Ruby light color, delicate nose. Medium bodied, very fresh and long finish. Fruity and smoky tones (notes of tabacco).
