A wine that "grows gluttonous without losing its soul Minervois," writes Antoine Gerbelle nicely.
A clear and bright color with purplish outlines.
A nose of fresh fruit, fine, delicate. Notes of crushed strawberry, grape, wild raspberry, peony, with a touch of zan and menthol form, pleasant and seductive.
On the palate, the wine is round and well balanced, the tannins are fine and well coated with the generous fruity. It is greedy and juicy, a true wine of pleasure that ends on a floral and "liquorice" finale.
