CULTIVATION & VINIFICATION
2015 is the third year of applying biodynamic methods to the entire vineyard. The very favourable weather conditions accentuated the benefits of this technique, which respects and encourages the natural balance between the vines and their environment. The Merlot grapes were harvested in three days and the Cabernet harvest took eight days. Each plot expressed its identity in the vat. The wines are rich and very aromatic, offering all the harmony and elegance that can be expected of great Margaux.
On the nose, intense, elegant and complex, first with aromas of red fruit and white flowers. On aeration, smooth notes of cigar leaf, Espelette pepper, liquorice and vanilla pod. The attack on the palate is full and fresh. The balance is remarkable and the texture fine and silky.
