About the Producer

The Old Curiosity Distillery was founded in a barn full of curious things, set in the lowland of their enchanting botanical nursery nestled at the foot of the Pentland hills just outside of Edinburgh. The Old Curiosity Distillery comes from a love of herbology. They grow, pick, dry and infuse all of the incredible herbs by hand. They then harness the magical properties of the flowers and herbs through a natural distillation process, creating glorious floral gin that is 100% natural, with no additives, flavours or colouring, just nature distilled. It is from this love of herbs, and their knowledge of fine spirits that the Old Curiosity Distillery was born, bringing you unique spirits that harness the wonderful abilities of natural botanicals. In 2012 co-founder Hamish Martin and his wife Liberty bought a derelict plot of land in which they laid the roots of the secret herb garden.
