TASTING NOTES
Harvested on limestone soil, shallow. Yields are low. This is a wine with very powerful aromas, fleshy always with a little touch of minerality. Plot located in Fuissé on rocky soil.
EXPOSURE South-east.
VITICULTURE Used in low doses only copper and sulfur, regular plowing of the vines.
VINIFICATION manual harvesting, pressing of whole grapes. Matured on lees for 12 months in barrels.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 12.5%
