WINE MAKING
Pruning trellissing: double and Simple Guyot. Harvesting is manual with bunch selection in the vineyard. The whites are vinified and matured in barrels (40% new) on their fine lees with stirring during 8 to 12 months.
TASTING NOTE
Made of a blend of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sémillon, with small variations depending on the vintage. The Sémillon presents beautiful opulence and the Sauvignon provides to the wines a defined, lively and sappy character, with precise, upfront attractive aromas, right from the start of the wine’s life.
