La Nine, which means «the little one», «darling» ... is an affectionate term that is used to call a girl. La Nine is the vintage that the Domaine Saint Nicolas has been making for 20 years and that they particularly like. La Nine is a typically Languedoc blend with scents of garrigue and spicy notes.
